U.S. Paverscape, Inc., a growing and custom concrete products manufacturer of hardscape materials, with three locations in Stuart, Haines City & Maitland, FL. We are looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the role of Sales Manager. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and a primary focus on improving the results of our sales team within our organization. Honesty, integrity and a commitment to professionalism are a must. This is full time position, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p and every other Saturday from 10a-2p. Some travel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales reps and to lead them by example with our customer base.

· Proven ability to recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success.

· Set clear sales objectives and performance expectations for the team with reporting and results evaluated monthly.

· Build and maintain relationships with key existing and new accounts to ultimately increase our brand awareness.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.

· Analyze market trends and customer needs to achieve growth opportunities.

· Identify and engage with new potential clients.

· To create annual sales and marketing management reports for the executive management team to review and evaluate.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to meet or exceed sales targets by successfully managing the team.

· Building products industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Strong customer relations background as well as proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

· Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of the sales team.

· Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as Quickbooks.

· Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
