- Handling incoming packages and documents promptly and accurately.
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies.
- Keeping the reception and kitchen areas neat and organized.
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to management and other team members.
- A Bachelor's degree in office administration is preferred, but a high school diploma with some college or equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a professional setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Accurate and swift data entry capabilities.
