    Tencent Overseas IT has the mission to empower Tencent's rapid global growth with future-ready, global IT platforms, applications, and services.

    We are chartered to lead the Overseas IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution. Satisfying our internal/external customers and becoming a world-class global IT team are our top aspirations.

    The Cloud Center of Excellence team is part of Tencent Oversea IT. The team will laser focus on providing infrastructure, and best practices to enable Tencent's tens of overseas game studios.

    The team will partner with game studios to define and deliver the best cloud and on-premises infrastructure for both game production and game runtime workloads.


    You will work for our strategic Cloud-enable Studio project which aims to transform the game studios from traditional on-premises environments to next-generation distributed and remotely accessible virtual studios empowered by the latest cloud technology.


    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a C++ Software Engineer Intern with extensive cloud experience to design and develop innovative services/solutions on the cloud for Tencent's overseas game studios.


    As a C++ Software Engineer for CES (Cloud Enabled Studios) Studio Application Products , you will work in the agile team, and adopt test-driven development methodologies to continuously deliver services/solutions that meet fast-growing business requirements.

    You will be able to use cutting-edge technologies to resolve the most challenging requirements in a mixed multi-cloud environment.

    Our internal customers include internal or acquired gaming studios.


    The work scope will include:
    Analysis and document code in
    Analysis and document code in
    Optionally enhance the code to support dual display and privacy mode
    And potential tasks assigned from other studio application projects

    Based in Palo Alto, CA, this person will work closely with the global IT team, HQ teams.

    Requirements:
    Good command of C++ programming
    QT or Native GUI Programming experience
    Knowledge of DDD, OOD, OOA, and Data Structure
    Knowledge of Multi-threads programming
    Knowledge in Git
    Major in Computer Science
