About the Company and Job Title

Celonis AI Group (CeloAI) is a newly established unit within Celonis, specializing in cutting-edge AI/ML technologies for Celonis products such as the Execution Management System (EMS), enabling enterprises to make smart business decisions and attain operational excellence. By joining us, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing advanced AI/ML features and solutions for our clients, while also contributing to the development of foundational technical components to power the future of EMS.

Role Overview

As a software engineer focused on machine learning, you will be tasked with creating product features and solutions based on AI/ML methods, interacting with various teams to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects involving areas like computer vision, natural language processing, and data mining to elevate the value Celonis provides to its customers.

Responsibilities

Understand and translate business needs into technical challenges
Select appropriate AI/ML approaches for problem-solving
Develop high-quality AI/ML models and intelligent solutions
Design and implement robust data collection and evaluation mechanisms
Build infrastructure to support AI/ML models and customer data
Ensure data accuracy and freshness for enterprise clients

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, higher degrees preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
