We are dedicated to developing new distribution capabilities that serve customers' changing needs through our retailer network, helping our brand partners meet consumers where they shop:in physical stores, online, via mobile devices or wallets and through ATMs.
We are adding a Quality Assurance Lead, epay North America, who will be responsible for ensuring our software engineering quality best practices and procedures are followed.
This role will be the functional leader of our QA team members and work closely with our Portfolio Delivery Managers on implementing quality control procedures, within each portfolio, to help refine skills and process.
A primary goal of the Quality Assurance Lead will help re-establish the expectations of the QA team and ensure their skills align with our KPI's.
This role will be in Leawood, Kansas in our corporate headquarters.Job Responsibilities Process management and monitoring:
Lead efforts for process training, adoption and adherence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality checkpoints into product development and project processes. Conduct frequent audits and inspections of defects and resolution. Assist with investigating and addressing root causes of quality issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and decrease quality risks. Team development and management Foster a culture of quality excellence that empowers employees to contribute to quality improvement efforts. Promote training and learning sessions across the team. Provide real-time feedback.
Reporting and documentation:
Maintain and report on quality control activities and performance data to key stakeholders.
Showcase data leveraging on work management tool (Jira). Implement quality metric-based reports that can drive continuous improvement within the QA team.
Knowledge Base:
Continue to be knowledgeable of industry best practices and technologies.
Establish strong technical aptitude of our applications and workflows.
