    Our client is in the market for a Service Operations Manager.

    This global market-leading business is looking for experienced service manager who can grow the company's service and applications to customers.

    We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in HVAC cooling and refrigeration within a commercial and industrial application.

    Work for a fast-expanding OEM that is plowing its sales into large, hyper-growth industries across the states.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Lead, coordinate, and oversee the operations of the Technical Service team across North America.

    Manage, mentor, and assess staff performance: set and monitor performance goals, provide training and development opportunities, address areas for improvement, and capitalize on strengths, implementing corrective measures as needed.

    Spearhead the development and execution of innovative service strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and elevate satisfaction levels in the market.

    Devise and implement tactical plans to ensure the success of the service business segment, incorporating robust controls and performance metrics.

    Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required.
    Collaborate closely with the sales department to optimize offerings, maintaining existing customer satisfaction and capturing new business opportunities.
    Cultivate and uphold strong customer relationships with agents, contractors, owners, and national accounts.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Preferred background in post-secondary education, ideally in HVAC or Electrical Engineering technology.
    Proficient in MS Office, Adobe software, data management systems, Service Fusion, and ERP systems (with preference for SAP).
    Demonstrated a proactive approach to achieving departmental and personal objectives, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset. Valued attributes include independence, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.

    Minimum of five years' experience in a technical service setting, encompassing profit and loss responsibilities, service contract management, and supervision of technicians.

    Capacity to maintain composure and focus during high-pressure situations, delivering technical support both remotely and in person.
