+Job summary: Contract Administrator opportunity with a fast-growing biopharma company. +Responsibilities: Draft, negotiate contracts including Service and Supply Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, Amendments, Material Transfer Agreements, consulting agreements, and CDAs.,Serve as a liaison and business partner to internal stakeholders across assigned departments.,Manage contract lifecycle including intake tracking negotiation execution in the companys contract management system in collaboration with externally managed resources.Ensure contract terms align with internal policies and comply with companys contracting standards.Identify escalate redlines or complex agreements appropriately to attorneys externally managed resources or other relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract language appropriately reflects project scope timelines deliverables.Ensure all contract activities are documented accurately in the contract management system.Monitor contact expiration dates coordinate renewals amendments terminations.Support process improvements and system enhancements aimed at increasing efficiency compliance scalability of contacts.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to triage prioritize contact requests.Support assigned teams overseeing their portfolio of contacts through all stages of the negotiation process.+Qualifications:Bachelors degree paralegal certification strongly preferred 4+ years experience in a contracts role ideally within the biotechnology pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.Demonstrated ability draft redline agreements working knowledge legal business concepts relevant bio tech operations.Strong familiarity common types biotech industry including CDAs CTAs MTAs MSAs SOWs consulting agreements amendments.Experience working alongside Legal Clinical CMC R D G A functions within fast-paced high-growth organization.Proficiency in contact management systems.Strong communication interpersonal skills partnering levels organization.Attention detail organizational skills impeccable time management managing multiple priorities meeting tight deadlines.Demonstrated initiative results-oriented mindset.
