    Description

    M J & H Fabrication is seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer/Nester.

    In this role, the CNC Programmer/Nester will work closely with our Fabrication Director, Engineer, shop leads, and table operators to use technology, innovation, and programming to turn flat plate into a complex part(s).

    Equipment Capabilities:

    • 10' by 60' 6 Axis HI Definition Plasma Table with Pipe Cutting attachment
    • Plasma Table Capably of Plasma Cutting 3" thick and Torch Cutting 12" thick
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Read and interpret ASME Drawings
    • Work with team to create efficiencies, improve automation, and increase machining flexibility
    • Create program instructions for machine cutting utilizing ProNest/AutoCAD
    • Use knowledge of tooling, machinery, and attention to detail to follow specific standards and reach tight tolerances
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Experience within manufacturing production or plant operations
    • High School diploma required
    • CNC Programmer vocation certification, or degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or similar field preferred but not required
    • Working knowledge of using calibrated measurement devices and manufacturing software
    • Knowledge of CNC machinery, and manufacturing applications
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
    • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
