- Effectively communicate with crews and customers to coordinate material deliveries, installation, and job processes, and address project issues/concerns.
- Collaborate with Production Field Managers on projects.
- Assist crews with the delivery of additional materials, returning unused materials to suppliers at job completion.
- Oversee the project for clear directions and proper installation.
- Visit job sites and update progress notes in our computer system.
- Engage and coordinate with homeowners when additional work is necessary, and obtain proper paperwork.
- Adherence to the fleet vehicle program and maintaining vehicles are licensed, clean and serviced regularly.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all distributors, customers, crews, and coworkers.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of facility(ies), warehouse, and parking lots when needed.
- Communicate with installers, and answer any questions with the homeowner.
- Attend weekly production meetings to schedule jobs.
- Familiarize and become efficient with install processes.
- Assist production team with other duties as assigned.
