Expert Mechanical Design Engineer for Chassis Brake Systems - Chassis Brake System / Mechanical Design / Mass Production / System Architecture Design / PhD

The integration of digital technology into vehicles is paving the way for future intelligent driving, intelligent places, intelligent services, and intelligent operations. As this trend continues to accelerate, cross-industry collaboration becomes increasingly important in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical solutions for Chassis Brake systems, including system architecture design, functional module and interface definition, system boundary conditions, communication solutions, and diagnostic requirements. Ensure key system parameters are met, develop control strategies, and manage system status, monitoring, and degradation.
  • Conduct system function modeling and simulation, system specification, system FMEA, and functional safety analysis.
  • Participate in the mechanical design of Chassis Brake system components, and review system design and test specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Chassis Brake system development, with a deep understanding of mechanical principles, reliability, and brake systems.
  • Experience in mass production projects from concept to production, with mechanical engineering experience in at least 2 Chassis Brake system mass production projects.
  • Master's degree or higher in vehicle or brake engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field
