- Support the Global Channel team. You will partner closely with multiple groups and create best-in-class standard reporting & analytics.
- Analyze foundational reporting around sales metrics (lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, bookings). Be able to work with a technical team to identify stakeholder needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
- Monitor Channel performance efficiency and drive recommendation for improvement plan. There are multiple levers Channel Leadership can pull. It is our job to identify the correct one.
- Participate as a critical contributor of change management and go-to-market projects. Identify root cause and execute related projects to improve team performance around key customer lifecycle and conversion metrics.
- Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and ad-hoc analytics
- A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.

- +5 years of ever-increasing responsibility in Channel/Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.

As a Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy and Operations - Channel, you will be integral to this. You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Channel organization by consolidating disparate reporting functions and metrics into a unified suite of actionable insights, driving efficiency of processes and systems to optimize day-to-day activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting to ultimately drive internal efficiency, profitability, utilization, and on-time delivery for our internal teams, partners, and clients.
Responsibilities:Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $152,200 - $202,900
Zone B: $137,000 - $182,600
Zone C: $126,300 - $168,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
