    Job Title: Business Strategy & Operations Manager at Google Cloud

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage senior stakeholders across different functions.
    • Provide business insights with partners, drive forecasts, support business reviews, and conduct analyses for decision-making.
    • Lead annual partner business planning with global regional sales leaders.
    • Collaborate with Strategy and Operations teams to integrate the Channel Ecosystem organization into the sales function for driving growth.
    • Offer guidance on business processes and tools to Channel Ecosystem teams.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

    Job Location Options: Austin, TX, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; Boulder, CO, USA; Chicago, IL, USA; Addison, TX, USA; Miami, FL, USA

    Salary Range: $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
    • Experience in global relationship management and cross-functional work.
    • Strong problem-solving and executive communication skills.
    • Excellent program management abilities.
