Job Description

Teaching in the subjects of didactics and methodology, work education/work therapy, and vocational studies according to current knowledge
Mentoring our trainees in practical settings
Conducting examinations
Contributing to the conceptual development of our training programs

Requirements

Relevant pedagogical degree or excellent qualification as a work educator (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience
Enthusiasm for imparting specialized knowledge
Enjoyment of working with motivated trainees
Strong personal and social skills, teamwork, and flexibility
