    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team at our long-term care pharmacy located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of medications to nursing facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications
    • Label and organize medications for pharmacist approval
    • Process prescriptions using computer software
    • Manage medication inventory and restock supplies
    • Comply with all security measures and quality standards
    • Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers
    • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and pharmacists to clarify prescription details
    • Handle sensitive information confidentially

    Shift:

    • Monday - Friday:2:00pm - 11:00pm
    • Rotating every other weekend.

    Requirements

    • Pharmacy technician experience.
    • FLpharmacy technician license.
