Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team.

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Duties:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on site
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats
Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, or incidents of theft or vandalism
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property

Requirements:

Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
CPR certification and first aid training are required
Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems
Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
