Your responsibilities

Actively sell our artworks and advise our customers
Provide a unique visiting and purchasing experience by sharing the stories behind each artwork
Handle postpurchase inquiries from our customers
Assist with hanging, managing deliveries, and inventory management
Contribute to the organization of our diverse events such as vernissages and artist talks
We embrace multichannel: you will also provide our customers with the best service online through chat and video consultations

Your profile

You have previous experience in retail and are passionate about sales and customer service
No prior knowledge of the art market is required, your personality is what counts
You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
You enjoy approaching people, listening to them, and quickly understanding their preferences to provide tailored advice
You have a confident and stylish appearance
You can also handle administrative tasks in a structured manner during quieter periods while
