- Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets by partnering with field sales reps.
- Improve sales process by analyzing new customer pipelines and prospecting.
- Work with multiple field sales reps to maximize customer opportunities and generate sales.
- Identify, qualify, and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate lead identification and qualification process.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify new prospects.
- Engage with customers via phone/email and online meetings.
- Participate in strategy calls and joint field calls.

- Maintain records in CRM, report daily calls accurately.
- Keep Manager updated on market changes.
- Stay updated on relevant specialty and disease areas.
- Execute against leads, tasks, and maintain CRM activities.
- Handle calls to and from healthcare professionals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of Life Science/Pharma Market preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain effective relationships.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Focus on assigned targets with positive attitude.
- Analytical ability and flexibility in a challenging environment.
- Additional European language proficiency beneficial.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
