Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Support Agent (m/w/d), you actively participate in advising and developing relationships with our customers
  • Manage the entire process from initial contact to completion and be a competent point of contact
  • Represent pulsproject as a digital financing platform for SMEs, support our customers with onboarding into the system
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products through analysis of customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • Interested in a new challenge
  • Customer and serviceoriented
  • Enjoy interacting with people and have a positive attitude and motivation to achieve set goals
  • Team player with good comprehension skills and a strong motivation for telephone consulting (no cold calling)
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken, with English skills as a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
