- Utilize root cause analysis and troubleshooting tools to identify and resolve manufacturing process problems.
- Lead new product launches and CAPEX investments.
- Lead new equipment installations and existing equipment modifications.
- Design new equipment, gauging, processes and procedures.
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects and kaizens to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Champion process area TPM procedures, SOPs, layout changes and control plans.
- Liaison with operators, suppliers, customers, and research & development staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering function.
- CNC machining experience.
- Automation experience (robots, vision systems, packaging, etc.).
- Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, TPS, Lean Manufacturing Methods.
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems, ISO or similar.
- Time management, problem-solver, good written and verbal communication.
