Responsibilities

  • Provide timely updates
  • Assist customer with needs/requests
  • Greeting customers at the service lane
  • Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
  • Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide indepth information about available parts and service options to customers.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle dropoff, and vehicle pickup.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 12 years automotive experience
  • Proven experience as service advisor to maximize profit
  • The ability to see the service experience through the eyes of the guest.
A " whatever it takes " mindset

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
  • Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven approach
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with customers
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to learn and take direction
