Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced WAN Component Engineer to join our team in Omaha.

In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of WAN components, including monitoring using central management tools and troubleshooting incidents.

You will also perform configuration tasks to optimize the network and contribute to the development and implementation of internal improvement measures such as tools, procedures, and processes.

Additionally, you will actively participate in projects and project rollouts, be part of the on-call rotation, and have a completed IT-related vocational training with relevant expertise.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the mentioned area of responsibility is required, with expert knowledge in Ethernet TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), IPSec, MPLS, QoS, and VoIP.

Experience with Cisco and Nokia products and relevant certifications are desirable.
