    Do you have A/R, A/P, or billing experience and enjoy working with people? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire position in Jeffersonville, IN. Primary responsibility will be to research, analyze, and process incoming chargebacks. This is for an established pharmaceutical company that is growing.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for processing chargebacks, invoicing, and manage finances of customers.
    • Assist clients with cash applications and collections, supply aging reports, and review credit reporting.
    • Maintain documentation to customer accounts and records of routing accounting transactions.

    Experience:

    • Need 3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Billing experience.
    • ERP billing software and/or D365 Relasoft experience desired but not required.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.

    Employment Type: Contract-to-hire

    Schedule: Day shift: 8:30am-5pm

    Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
