Desired Qualifications:
Licensing:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this position.
Communication:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Schedule:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Age & Transport:
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
Experience:
Sales and retail customer service experience are considered a significant plus but not necessary. The right person with willingness and drive will be fully encouraged to join.
