**Warehouse Associate

  • Elgin, IL (Part-Time): 1529 Hours/Week**
    Schedule:Availability between M-F with a 1pm3pm start time to 7pm9pm end time

Our parent company, Packsize, supplies industry leaders including Walmart, Andersen Windows, and DICK's Sporting Goods by installing equipment that customers use on site to produce right-sized packaging.

Packsize Now uses that same technology to support local and regional customers, producing and delivering boxes on demand, allowing our customers to minimize their storage space and improve their shipping and process flow.


About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals for our part-time Warehouse Associate role. The Associate will be responsible for the operation of machinery that produces custom corrugated boxes. We operate in a modern warehouse production environment with on-the-job training. This position requires the ability and willingness to work with technology centered machines to fulfill customer orders. There are uncapped production bonuses associated with this role for increased earning potential.


Hourly rate starts between $17.00-$18.00/hr. depending on shift and experience, with production bonus earning potential averaging $21.00/hr.

What You'll Do

  • Effective and timely completion of work orders
  • Responsible for quality control of work orders and raw material
  • Complete production schedule with your team
  • Stacking and wrapping of finished products
  • Ensure workspace is organized and clean
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Once trained, operate forklift as directed

What You'll Bring:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Warehouse and/or production experienced preferred

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Work involves significant time standing and frequent lifting of materials/product (up to 40 pounds). Manual dexterity is required to operate machines.

Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, hard toed boots, etc.

Loose-fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
