Minimum five years of experience in marketing and graphic arts. Expertise to include writing, editing and producing marketing materials, including proposals, newsletters, brochures and presentations.

Implement strategic initiative for proposal-driven business development on a daily basis and generate effective deliverables through concise written and graphic information tailored to all applicable solicitations.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Right of way experience a plus. Competitive salary and benefits.
