Job Title: Culinary Team Member at Global Partners LP

Ideal candidates take pride in their work, cook passionately, and enjoy providing excellent service to guests. Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and butchery is a plus but not required. You must have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail, and prioritize cleanliness.

As a Culinary Team Member, you will collaborate daily with our Chef and Sous Chef, using cutting-edge equipment and tried-and-true recipes to establish a friendly and inviting work environment. We source ingredients from local farms and regional suppliers, craft fresh seasonal menus, support our local communities, and strive to set new industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepping while managing incoming orders
Interacting with guests to showcase our passion for food and dedication to hospitality
Adjusting dishes for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions
Coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure proper food temperatures
Operating kitchen appliances like blenders, ovens, grills, and mixers
Preparing sauces and accompaniments prior to meal service
Keeping a clean and organized station even during peak hours
Estimating food consumption, creating daily prep lists, and assisting as necessary
