Your tasks:
General support in the field of activity
Planning of setup / installation / relocation of PC workstations
Creation of documentation (including customer/system-specific installations)
Responsible for ensuring the functionality of the IT infrastructure through monitoring systems
Software distribution
Active Directory administration
System management and backup

Your profile:

Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training or completed studies in IT or business informatics
ITIL V3 Foundation certification
Comprehensive general IT knowledge
High willingness to learn, resilience and flexibility
Structured and goal-oriented way of working
Analytical skills
