UsedCardboardBoxes is expanding and we are looking to staff our Milwaukee facility urgently with a Production Administrator. We are the largest supplier of USED gaylord totes and shipping boxes in North America. We supply truckload-quantities of USED boxes to companies like Walmart, Walgreen's, TJMaxx/Marshalls, Best Buy and many more of the largest retailers in the US.

Summary
The Production Administrator for UsedCardboardBoxes (UCB) reports directly to the Production Manager.

The Production Administrator will provide support to the Production Manager and be a key contributor, making sure that all paperwork is processed and filed in accordance with UCB procedures, ensuring that all UCB technology is maintained, while ensuring a safe environment for the UCB Production Team.

This individual will be a team player capable of using critical thinking skills to proactively analyze and solve problems and issues as they arise.

The Production Administrator must be attentive to details as they will be responsible for data entry and information on multiple spread sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage dock schedules, create BOLs, and process inbound & outbound shipments
• Ensure all personnel documentation is complete and in accordance with OSHA and UCB required safety programs
• Conduct regular production audits and followup to ensure all required corrective actions are completed in a timely manner
• Manage inventory spreadsheets
• Timeclock management/attendance
• Assist HR in recruiting and onboarding for production positions.
• Flexibility to perform other jobrelated functions as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Production/Operations background (Forklift Certification or ability to obtain certification)
• OSHA background and experience (preferred)
• 2+ years administrative experience (with Recruiting experience preferred)
• Basic Math and Computer skills
• Microsoft Office 360 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PPT, Exel)
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and move about the office and warehouse frequently
• Must have a team player attitude and thrive in a challenging, fastpaced work environment

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

UsedCardboardBoxes was founded in 2006 and is the largest processor of USED gaylord totes, produce totes, resin/octo-bins and shipping boxes in North America. We can pay much more than recycling rates because we don't recycle We REUSE, RESELL and RETURN them, as is, right here in the US. USED totes are mainly sold to major retailers for reverse logistics, or to large scrap processors (metal, plastic, paper, etc.) to sort/transport commodities. USED shipping boxes are sold mainly to major retailers for distribution from DC to store and many are used to create UCB's eco-friendly moving kits, sold online. As a closed-loop RETURN program, gaylord totes, resin bin and shipping boxes can be sorted, inspected, palletized, inventoried and RETURNED back to the original vendor, for reuse (at significant savings).


UCBZeroWaste is a world-class, fully managed waste reduction program. We partner with major food, beverage and CPG clients to implement our proven methodology to reduce waste by focusing on the origin of waste (inside the building) as well as the processing of waste (outside the building). Our comprehensive programs include waste reduction, recycling, reuse, resale as well as de-packaging, digesting, composting and/or waste-to-energy (WTE). We manage all commodities, all vendors, all logistics, all invoicing and all reporting. All programs are proactively managed, real-time using UCB's proprietary software called
