- Account Service Manager is primarily responsible for growing revenue with our existing key accounts and increase the Markets strategic position.
- Accountable for retaining key accounts for a specified territory or market.
- Developing revenue growth plans and identifying new opportunities to expand revenue and increase our strategic position within assigned accounts.
- Transition accounts from single facility to multiple sites or from Strategic accounts into National accounts.
- Work cohesively with operations, service, recruiting and sales management to ensure a seamless service customer experience - ensure revenue and gross margin growth of accounts through proactive account service.
- Identify and transition specialized skilled sales opportunities to sales managers or vertical sales representatives.
- Work closely with Sales team as an account is transitioned from Sales to Service.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews; develop and execute written plans to grow existing account; meet and exceed Service Level Agreements.
- Foster and maintain a Customer-Centric Culture.
- Reinforce and promote a work culture that places emphasis on Associate safety being #1.
- Work closely with operations, service, recruiting and sales management to transition service, growth and maintenance of the account.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, operations managements and/or business-to-business sales experience. Staffing industry experience desired.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong record of success with major account retention and sales growth for a specified territory or market.
- General Labor, Light Industrial, and/or Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred.
- Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction.
- Understanding of consultative sales process, strong listening skills, and creative thinking.
- Strategic planning - efficiently plans and arrives at creative solutions for our customers.
- Enjoys bringing creative and new approaches to solve business issues.
- Able to build consensus across disparate groups on an idea, strategy, or vision and marshal resources to successfully implement a plan.
- Assertive and driven, but not at the expense of compromising relationships.
- Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds.

Job DescriptionThe Account Service Manager is primarily responsible for growing revenue with our existing key accounts. The Account Service Manager is primarily responsible for retaining key accounts for an assigned market as well as developing new business relationships and expanding sales within existing customers. Well versed in representing all of TrueBlue/PeopleReady's suite of services to an expanding customer base, the position will work closely with operations, service, recruiting and sales management. The position reports directly to the Market Manager.

EDUCATION and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or 3 years of account management, operations management, outside sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer and Software Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. CRM a plus.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Certificates, Licenes / Registration Or Training
Valid driver's license and good safety record if driving to locations.
External Sales Training Certification preferred.
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $50, $65,000.00 per year plus incentive. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
