Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the overall operations of the appliance store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to motivate and guide them toward achieving individual and team goals.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Foster a customercentric culture by promoting excellent customer service standards.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, product selection, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize turnover.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to ensure a high level of competence and professionalism.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

Financial Management:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in appliances or electronics.
