Operational Leadership:


  • Oversee the overall operations of the appliance store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to motivate and guide them toward achieving individual and team goals.

Customer Satisfaction:


  • Foster a customercentric culture by promoting excellent customer service standards.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Inventory Management:


  • Oversee inventory levels, product selection, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize turnover.

Team Management:


  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to ensure a high level of competence and professionalism.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Financial Management:


  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and expense control measures.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in appliances or electronics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and financial analysis.
