• Coordinate the selection process for our client's new custom home
• Assist Project Managers with ordering of materials and scheduling subcontractors
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multiline phone system
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Maintain all social media accounts with varied and appropriate posts
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience in a professional office or similar setting is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• The ability to multitask is a must
• Experience with front desk operations and customer service
• Knowledge of construction terms, materials and schedules is a plus
• Excellent computer skills are required
• A sense of style and knowledge of the latest housing/interior design trends
• Ability to meet and converse with affluent clients
