Your responsibilities:


  • Examination and processing of customer documents
  • Preparation of offers and their followup
  • Independent VAT preregistration for the plant in Poland
  • Support of existing customers from the back office
  • Maintenance of customer master data in SAP (ERP)
  • Processing of outstanding receivables from deliveries and services in close cooperation with the key account management
  • Communication in English

Your profile:


  • Experience in sales support
  • Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and plan tasks
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP R3 desirable
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
