We are currently looking for:

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Bakery Refrigeration - Inside Sales

Your responsibilities:

Telephone service/support
Planning, organizing and coordinating all installation and commissioning work, as well as service, maintenance and repair work
Communication with customers, service technicians, service partners and departments
Administration and data entry of processes in SAP
Evaluation and processing of reports
General correspondence and processing of invoices

Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Good written and spoken English skills
