What Will Be Your Environment:

Strategically located in the heart of Southern California's medical device industry, the 53,000 square-foot facility is equipped with test laboratories for device testing and benchmarking, prototyping and development, and clean rooms for volume production with around 120 employees.

What You'll Do:

As a Manufacturing Operator Level II, you will provide support to the secondary operations, processing tubing after extrusion, a variety of inspections, including cutting, packaging, and making product available to ship to the customers.

You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

What We're Looking For:

Trained in all safety procedures
Able to complete all required documentation
Documenting of work completed
Material identification, comprehension, and management
Basic math skills
Comprehension of customer's drawings/company work orders
General quality standards/awareness
Fractional and Metric conversions
Good quality standards/awareness
Moderate math skills
Excellent quality standards/awareness (mínimal rejections)
Moderate supervision required
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
GDPs
Performs other required duties as needed in addition to the essential duties and responsibilities described above
Inspection using guidewires/mandrels.
Proper use of Microscope
Proper use and care of pin gages/snap gages
Laser Mike setup
Inspect 100% standard tubing (shafts, etc.)
Cut thin wall product
Cutting standard tubing
Setting up and running Accu-Cutter
Preparing packages for shipment (inner and outer bags)
Manual bag sealer w/heating element

Skills That Make a Difference:

Successful completion of 4years of high school, or any combination of education or equivalent.
Ability to interpret drawings.
Ability to follow precise directions.
Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner.
Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
