Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team on-site in Hillsboro, OR.
The team is responsible for delivery of IP blocks in silicon engineering. Azure data center and cloud/ cobalt products. The team designs blocks for silicon engineering. This role will contribute to assist tracking projects that will tie into new upcoming initiatives.
Pay Rate Range:
$43 - $47/hour, depends on experience
Required Skills:
4 years of experience with basic program management techniques- Gantt chart, waterfalling, etc.
4 years of experience with Microsoft, excel, one note, Power BI
2 years of experience with Silicon engineering
Typical day in the role:
Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project.Candidate must be familiar with managing silicon design projects.
Desirable for candidate to have experience with managing analog/mixed-Signal IP.
Candidate should be familiar with tracking project through execution phases, milestone reviews, negotiation collateral and deliverables with internal SoC Customers, and rolling up common indicators for tracking silicon design health.
