Your responsibilities as a Residential Area Manager (m/f/d):

  • Coordination of station activities in accordance with the company's mission statement and the requirements of the facility
  • Active basic and treatment care as well as support for our residents according to the latest nursing scientific standards
  • Active participation in internal quality assurance measures
  • Service-oriented communication with residents, their families and employees
  • Implementation of computer-assisted care planning and documentation

Your profile as a Residential Area Manager (m/f/d):

  • Relevant vocational training in elderly or nursing care, preferably with gerontopsychiatric experience/ specialization
  • Further training as a residential area/station manager desired
  • Understanding and empathy for older and care-dependent people
  • Motivation to constantly update acquired knowledge through internal and external further training measures
  • Organizational skills
  • Social competence, teamwork and flexibility
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability
