OVERVIEW
This position will consist of and focus on extending hospitality to our guests arriving in our parking lot areas.

This job will primarily be performed outside and be performed on a golf cart for monitoring and observing our property's parking area and exterior of buildings.

We are looking for a hospitality driven individual that can deliver and communicate our vision to our guests and promote our values from the time the guest arrives to the time they drive away.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Extend Goode Company hospitality to our guests
  • Escort guests to the building from cars when requested
  • Ensure the parking lot is free of debris
  • Report any unsafe or unusual activity to management
  • Ensure all safety protocols are being followed while driving the courtesy cart

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Valid Texas DL
  • Proof of authorization to work in the USA
  • Ability to work in the outside elements
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Availabilty to work hour shifts
  • Available to work weekends
  • Ability to operate a golf cart
  • Ability to pass a prescreening drug test and or background check
