Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic restaurant host to join our team at The Court Cafe.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression and providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage the waitlist efficiently, accurately estimating wait times and effectively communicating with guests.
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about any specials or promotions.
• Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth seating and timely service.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist with any inquiries or requests from guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, including managing menus, ensuring an ample supply of promotional materials, and keeping the area tidy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
