Lia Auto Group is seeking an AP/AR Manager to join our accounting team.

The Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Controller in various financial and accounting functions within the organization.

The position involves a combination of routine responsibilities and the ability to handle unscheduled tasks efficiently.

The AP/AR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
$55K-$67

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of dealership procedures
Willingness to take initiative
Ability to work in a high volume, multistore environment
Computer literacy
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions
Review and approve invoices for payment
Maintain vendor relationships, including resolving inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries
Posting invoices, vouchers and payment requests
Balancing statements and finalizing data
Matching checks to invoices
Entering, posting and reconciling batches
Preparing accounts for payments
Any other duties assigned by the manager
