The Operations Excellence Manager - International will manage programs in multiple CTDI locations worldwide and provide best-in-class service to customers.

This role will work to oversee the execution of plans and processes to achieve and exceed KPI goals.

Working with leadership (both local and global) to measure and drive the performance of programs - this not only includes key performance metrics but also production, quality, customer communication, and attaining the necessary technical support to ensure the success of the program.

The Operations Excellence Manager will be the key leader ensuring customer accolades are met. This position will manage compliance with contractual and operational statement of work requirements.

This position will be located in West Chester, PA.


Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for measuring and driving the performance of worldwide customer programs - including key performance metrics, production, quality, and customer communication, including formal presentations
- and ensuring the success of the program.

Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Drive best-in-class KPIs, working with global Operations and Business managers to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate work of various functional Drive efficiency through best practices and company standards across multiple locations worldwide by collaborating with international teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global teams on operational and performance opportunities
  • Monitor production performance to customer requirements and expectations.
  • Issue regular reports on operational performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor highperformance teams through rigorous goalsetting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, and continuous process improvement
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot production issues to mitigate customer escalation.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner via a customerdefined escalation process and use of internal resources.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Operations/Business managers to ensure customer needs and timelines are achieved.
  • Identify areas of nonconformance (global) and develop remediation plans to correct

  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders across the company to define project priorities and requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work well with vendors and thirdparty/internal compliance groups

Required Qualification and Experience

  • 10+ years of Program, Project, or Operations Management experience in a fastpaced operation
  • 2+ years' experience in consumer electronics or other electronics field is preferred
  • PMP Certification is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience with quality systems is a plus
