Position Summary:
Level One:
Working under direct supervision, level one operators perform basic centerless grinding operations including machine attending and basic inspection. This role requires competencies in basic shop math, basic print reading, and basic inspection tools such as micrometers. 0-1 Years
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Basic Loading/Unloading Product
- In Process Inspection (Visual & Dimensional, Recording)
- Perform First Part Buyoff (With assistance)
- Visual Management of Machine (Daily maintenance audit, guards etc.)
- Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
Required Skills:
- The ability to read and write English.
- Basic Print Reading
- Basic Shop Math
- Basic Inspection Processes (Tools & Measurements)
- Basic Understanding of Machine Function
- Communication Skills
Experience & Education
- Typically 01 Years
- GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

$ $29.00 per hour
