    Description

    Job Summary

    Eisai is currently focused on launching a new product in the U.S. dedicated to educating HCPs about a treatment for individuals affected by mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease (AD) or mild AD.

    The company is looking to hire a Neurology Account Specialist (NAS) to join their sales team and contribute to this significant launch. The role involves developing and implementing business plans for the assigned territory, emphasizing demand generation by providing clinical information to customers within the FDA-approved guidelines and ensuring customers understand the patient journey to therapy.

    • Develop and maintain clinical expertise with the brand and disease state
    • Understanding of Alzheimer's disease and market trends
    • Accountability for assigned hospitals/institutions and P&T committees
    • Engage and educate HCPs, HCOs, and Infusion centers on the AD product and its processes

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in neurology
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery system and compliance standards
    • Proven ability to drive growth and profitability, establish partnerships, and strategic planning
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
