Essential Functions:


  • Junior Analyst will provide data analytics, data entry, administrative and office support covering a wide array of functions and tasks as requested.
  • Data Entry projects with extreme attention to detail and focus on format.
  • Excel spreadsheets and CRM with precision and accuracy.

  • Analytics department with Data Analysis for the purposes of revenue reporting
- with various divisions to gather information for the Analytics department
- organized with keen attention to detail with the ability to shift focus and priorities when necessary under pressure and within deadlines.


Experience/Education:

3-5 years' analyst experience in Finance, Sales or Accounting. Prior experience in with data analytics preferred

Strong quantitative skills with emphasis on analysis; strong financial modelling skills.

Ability to communicate findings and ideas in plain language, excellent organizational and communications skills.

Ability to change direction quickly based on data analysis.

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities

Energetic, enthusiastic and interested in learning within a fast-paced, fast-growth organization

Managing day to day activities, time commitments and priorities as needed

Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, with follow-through on projects to ensure successful completion, often with deadline pressures.


Ability to organize and expedite flow of work, initiate quick follow-up action and perform duties with a great deal of latitude for independent judgement.


Proactive team player who can handle multiple assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while reaching out within the organization to find solutions, anticipate the needs of the executives and function as a trusted partner.


Ability to appreciate the diverse needs of those you support and can flex to meet their varying needs while maintaining important standards across the team.

Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
