We are looking for you to join our team immediately as:

Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Planner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities as a Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Planner (m/f/d):

  • You will independently handle interdisciplinary planning tasks for technical building equipment for our projects from phase 19 of the HOAI
  • You will have project responsibility and coordinate with clients and other planning participants
  • You have high quality standards and keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and approval capability
  • Together with the system planners, you will create 3D plans and diagrams in the HVAC area
  • You will create performance specifications for obtaining offers/tenders
  • You will review offers and invoices from executing companies
  • You will coordinate and monitor the responsible trades and the project progress on the construction site (site supervision)
  • You will support the clients throughout the entire project process

Your profile as a Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Planner (m/f/d):

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering or are a statecertified technician or master in mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of Plancal Nova and AutoCAD is desirable but not mandatory
  • You are familiar with the content of the HOAI and VOB
  • Your organizational skills, communication, and teamwork are among your strengths
  • A competent, friendly, and confident demeanor makes you a valued contact for our clients
  • You work customer and businessoriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
