As a key member of IEM's Learning & Development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs that enhance employee skills, drive performance, and contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities:
Assessment and Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and task analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Analyze performance data and feedback to inform curriculum design.
Curriculum Design and Delivery:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other critical stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact training programs for employees at all levels.
Develop comprehensive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, job aids, and assessments.
Evaluation and Measurement:
Assess the impact of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics.
Use data to refine content and delivery methods.
Program Management:
Manage end-to-end training initiatives, from needs assessment to evaluation.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for training events.
Monitor program effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
Ensure training programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements as appropriate.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, business units, and leadership.
Consult with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
Facilitation:
Lead engaging training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders.
Utilize various delivery methods (virtual, classroom, blended) to accommodate diverse learning preferences and needs.
Foster an interactive and participatory learning environment.
Learning Technology and Systems:
Stay abreast of learning technologies and trends.
Optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless content delivery and to maintain accurate records of training activities.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and facilitation.
Demonstrated experience in developing training programs, including applying effective instructional design models. Experience with Action Mapping or similar models strongly preferred.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred), multimedia tools, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
Certification in instructional design, talent development, or related areas is a plus.
Education Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
