- Setting up and maintaining online data and content on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and partner websites.
- Implementing and assessing online promotions.
- Collaborating closely with the Amazon account team.
- Working with the marketing director and agency to execute marketing communication strategies.
- Addressing customer inquiries via phone, social media, email, and online chat.
- Assisting the VP in providing updated sales forecasts to local and overseas teams.
- Generating monthly report data.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Excellent proofreading skills and ability to present numerical data.
- Strong planning and organizing abilities.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.
- Initiative and willingness to take on increased responsibilities.
- Dependability with strong judgment and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Occasional travel, including overnight and potentially international trips, may be required.
- Hybrid work model, averaging 2 days per week in the office.
- Standard or home office environment with occasional lifting and light object handling.
