Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is actively seeking an HR specialist to join our team. You will report directly to our General Manager and functionally to our EMEA HR Director, playing an integral role in our global HR forum. This central role will be the sole HR function within the company and will play a crucial role in our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising and supporting the Managing Director on all HR-related matters
  • Providing guidance to managers and executives at the McConnellstown location
  • Participating in global HR forums
  • Developing internal HR processes
  • Acting as a Feel Good Manager, responsible for event planning, corporate health management, and individual employee development measures
  • Conducting recruitment activities at the location, including contract creation and maintenance of personnel files
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, social security, and labor law
