Flex Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p but can flex hours to accomodate client meetings after 5p or on weekends, as needed.

Be open to rotation for client meetings on Saturdays/Sundays. Over time paid after 40 hours per week.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

Be A Guide for families and older adults — You'll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.


Be A Team player — You'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from local businesses and organizations.


Be A Partner — You'll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports our Sales associates through:

  • 3-week on-boarding & orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdale's unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area.
  • Network of almost 675 communities in 41 states

Qualifications & Skills
We'd love to talk if you have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
