Your tasks:
- Active sales in the office (especially promotional items)
- Processing of customer inquiries and orders
- Processing of technician orders
- Clarification of technician reports
- Warehouse transfers
- Counter sales
- Maintenance of system data (articles, prices, master data)
- Participation in trainings
- Filing activities
- Inventory maintenance work
- Processing of customer complaints
- Assistance at trade fairs
- Active suggestions for promotional activities
- Spare parts emergency service
