Naval Square Condominiums is seeking a Seasonal Gardener to assist in the maintenance and beautification of our community's outdoor spaces.

The Seasonal Gardener will work under the supervision of the Landscape Committee and collaborate with the Property Management team (Keating Partners) to ensure that our gardens, lawns, and common areas are well-maintained and visually appealing throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

• Assist in the planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing of flowers, shrubs, and trees in designated areas of Naval Square Condominiums.
• Weed removal and mulching to maintain tidy and attractive flower beds and garden areas.
• Regular maintenance of lawns, including mowing, edging, and trimming as needed.
• Monitor and report on the health and condition of plants, trees, and lawn areas, identifying any issues or concerns to the Landscape Committee.
• Assist in maintaining garden tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stored.
• Participate in special projects and events related to landscaping and outdoor beautification as assigned by the Landscape Committee or Property Management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while gardening to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Landscape Committee and Property Management team to achieve common goals and objectives.

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Ability to operate common gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
